Our financial services client, located in Akron, Ohio, has immediate hiring needs for Customer Service Representatives. Responsibilities will include contacting delinquent customers by telephone to collect past due payments or to make alternative payment arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prior customer service experience
• Good verbal communication skills
• Dependability/Punctual, Accountable
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Experience:

• 3-5 years experience, handling collections
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
