Our client, located in Cincinnati has an immediate hiring need for a Benefits Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Answers inquiries from employees regarding benefits, providing a high level of quality customer service
• Handles all responsibilities in accordance with the Plan provisions
• Works with minimal supervision, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis
• Answers associate and health care providers' requests over the telephone or through written correspondence within the time service standards set by the department

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Benefits experience
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent computer skills
