Our financial services client located near Detroit, MI has an immediate hiring need for an Accountant Associate to handle tax documents. CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN THE DETROIT AREA, THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, IN THE OFFICE 3 DAYS PER WEEK.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• File and review tax returns
• Prepare Check Requests
• Invoice Customer
• Reconcile state balances to G/L

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• Reconciliation experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, V Lookup
