- Prepares monthly and ad-hoc compensation reports in support of various BU/SSUs.
- Exchanges information with Human Resources representatives of other local companies to keep management informed of industry trends, policies and practices.
- Partners with Agency leadership, IT and Commissions department in annual Agency Compensation Incentive Plan process to ensure successful implementation of program changes.
- Participates in special assignments by conducting research, preparing reports and providing recommendations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, accounting, finance or statistics preferred, or two or more years of professional experience in human resources, accounting, finance or compensation.
