Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or an equivalent business related field.
Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in marketing with at least two years experience with leading integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, community relations and media relations. Preferably in a retail environment.
Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving and change management skills.
Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas.
Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
